Shipping & Returns Policy

At Tōtika Health, we take great care in delivering our premium New Zealand bio-actives from our home in Kerikeri to your doorstep. Below are the details of our shipping and return protocols.

I. Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch & Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or New Zealand public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, we will notify you immediately of any expected delays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimates

We offer tracked international shipping with the following estimated transit times:

  • New Zealand: 2–7 business days.

  • United States: 7–20 business days.

  • International (Other): 10–20 business days (Custom quotes available upon request).

3. Shipping Costs

  • New Zealand: Free shipping for orders over NZD $150.

  • Calculated Rates: All other shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Tōtika Health Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

II. Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an eligible item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the medicinal and hygienic nature of our products:

  • Honey & Skincare: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@totika.co.nz immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
